In such cases an air ejector can be mounted on the Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump to boost its vacuum. Priming Ejectors for Priming of Centrifugal Pumps

For Large pumps or for pumps with large suction pipelines, the best alternative to carry out priming is to evacuate the air from the suction pipelines and create vacuum in it.

The created vacuum draws Liquid from the sump and reservoir and the system gets primed. Priming Ejectors utilize the energy in compressed air for their operation and create vacuum at its suction inlet.

The suction inlet of the Priming Ejector is connected to the Suction Pipeline and Centrifugal Pump casing. This enables the Priming Ejector to evacuate the air inside the Suction Pipeline and draw liquid upto the pump level. (Read more)

Water Eductors are essentially Liquid jet Vacuum Ejectors that operate on the basis of the jet Venturi principle.

Water Eductors utilize the energy in pumped water for their operation and can be put to use to create vacuum conditions at its suction inlet.

A Water Eductor or Liquid jet Vacuum ejector can develop ultimate vacuum upto 30 Torr i.e 40mbar. The water Eductor commonly operates with wide range of motive liquid pressure from 2.5 bar(a) to 7 bar(a). (Read more)
