Hopper Ejector & Eductor

Hopper Ejector Systems consist of a skid based unit containing a Hopper and a Liquid Eductor.

The Outlet of the hopper is connected to the suction inlet of the Liquid Eductor

During operation Hopper Ejectors are able to create a pressure differential across its Suction and outlet. Hopper Ejectors utilize the energy in pumped liquid entering from the HP liquid inlet to create this pressure differential.

This enables Hopper Ejector to be used for creating low pressure at its suction. The low pressure allows the Hopper Ejectors to suck the material Liquid Solids Ejector (liquids, solids or liquid solid-mixture) from the hoppers. The sucked material mixes with the HP liquid inside the eductor and gets pumped out from the Outlet. The discharge contains the mixture of HP liquid and the material in the hopper.

This phenomenon allows the Hopper Eductor to be used for sucking and pumping Powders, granules and any other solid particles.

Hopper Eductor can develop significant head at the outlet which enables slurry to be pumped across 100s of metres of pipeline.

The hoppers are fitted with an inbuilt spray system to ensure smooth flow of material from the Hopper to the Ejector.
