Straight Jet Nozzles || Solid jet Nozzles

Straight jet Nozzles or Solid Jet Nozzles are used to create a fully solid high velocity liquid jet.


When liquid under pressure is supplied to these nozzles, it accelerates inside the nozzle and guided by the nozzle’s internal passages exits the nozzle in a fully solid high velocity liquid stream.

The high velocity liquid stream provides a very concentrated impact which is useful for cutting and aggressive cleaning operations.

Our Straight jet Nozzles are designed with a specialized outlet geometry to produce a smooth solid stream / jet which delays jet disintegration (atomization) and maintains the solid stream for longer distances.

  • Max Operating Pressures upto 500 bar.
  • Compatible with a wide range of liquid densities and liquid viscosities.
  • Flow rates ranging from 2.5 LPM to 25 LPM for low pressure operation & 10 LPM to 100 LPM for high pressure operation.
  • Multiple Connection sizes - 1/8” & 1/4”.
  • Multiple Connection Threading Options in form of BSP, NPT and BSPT Threads.
  • Standardized Stock readily available in SS & Brass Materials.
