Liquid Jet Gas Ejectors

Liquid Jet Gas Ejectors are based on the Jet Venturi principle and utilize high velocity liquid jet to entrain gases/vapours and compress them to the required discharge pressures.

The maximum attainable vacuum is dependent on the vapour pressure of the Motive liquid while the maximum possible discharge pressure is dependent on the Pressure of Motive Liquid.

We supply Liquid Jet Gas Ejectors for both vacuum and above atmospheric gas compression applications

Superlative Performance Characteristics

  • Comfortable with both condensable vapour and non-condensable gas loads.
  • Ability to create deep vacuum (upto 1mm Hg with Ethylene glycol Ejector)
  • High Compression Ratio upto 100 in a single stage.
  • High Gas to Liquid Volume flow capacity for Liquid Jet Gas Ventilators
  • Ability to utilize Motive pressures as high as 100 bar.

Advantages of our Liquid jet Gas Ejector:

  • Strong Corrosion resistance.
  • Excellent Scrubbing characteristics
  • No Moving Parts – Reliable performance and very low maintenance requirements
  • Long Operating life
  • Silent Operation
  • Compact size.
  • Compatible with Hazardous and Flammable environments
  • Design and Construction as per ASME, PED, AD 2000 Standards
  • U-Stamp and CE marking certification (if required)
  • Compliance with HEI, ABS
