Gas jet Ventilators
Gas jet ventilators are devices based on the jet venturi principle which are used to produce large suction flows at low vacuum levels.
Suction flows in multiples of the motive flow can be obtained in gas jet ventilators.
Gas jet ventilators are supplied under two different configurations:
- A complete standalone installation for pumping the gases.
- Installation in an existing duct / passage
Ventilators modules can be installed in existing gas passages / ducts if adequate area ducts are available. This arrangement also results in significant cost reduction Gas Jet Ventilators are also not vulnerable to surges in back pressure and can instantly return to the working range on correcting the backpressure.
This being a static device the reliability and maintenance free working makes it an interesting alternative to blowers.
Gas jet ventilators are generally preferred in plastic material of construction such as FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) or PVDF (Polyvinylidene Flouride)
We also manufacture Gas jet ventilators in different metals such as Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel
