Ozonation plants generate ozone gas and directly add the ozone gas to water. Alternatively In large Wastewater treatment plants chlorine in gas form is directly added to the wastewater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For maximum effectiveness it is essential that necessary amount of ozone or chlorine is fed into the wastewater and dispersed evenly into it. To ensure fast dissolution the ozone or chlorine gas is distributed in form of small bubbles in the wastewater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Achieving micro bubbling is complicated and it involves first pumping chlorine or ozone into the waste-water and then ensuring that the chlorine or ozone splits itself into small bubbles and disperses evenly through the liquid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
