Typically the mud is extracted from the bottom of the excavation pit and brought to surface for further transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">For large project the quantity of excavated mud is considerable and transporting it through pipeline is the convenient option. The mixture of Mud and Water i.e Mud Sludge is then pumped out from the Eductor outlet.<br>Thus the Sludge Eductor also acts as pump and can develop significant head at the outlet This enables the Mud Sludge to be pumped out from deep pits and to transport it over long distances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crystaltcs.com\/sludge-ejectors.php\">Sludge Eductors<\/a><\/strong> for Mud Pumping applications are designed in a special manner which allows them to be lowered into pits, while the water pumps stay on the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The Sludge Eductor is designed to have replaceable internals and wear resistant materials are used for manufacturing these internals. This helps to obtain a long operating life from the Sludge Eductor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Sludge Eductors are perfectly suited for transporting Mud because of their inherent characteristics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u2022 Performs dual function of mixing Mud with water and pumping the <strong>Mud Sludge<\/strong><br>\u2022 Eductors do not contain any moving parts and have large internal passage areas, hence are not vulnerable to clogging by solid particles.<br>\u2022 As they have no moving parts, maintenance requirements are very less.
