The rate and time of a liquid gas reaction depends upon the gas-liquid reacting area. Our Liquid jet gas Ejectors intimately mix the motive liquid and sucked gas stream together as it passes through the Ejector. This intermediate mixing increases the gas-liquid interstitial area and ensures a high mass transfer rate among them.
When designed accordingly, a liquid Jet Gas ejector is very useful for carrying out such reactions and is commonly known as a Venturi Loop reactor.
Reactions that need to be carried out at high pressures are also easily handled by these Ejectors.
The ability of our liquid jet Gas ejector to boost gas pressure also eliminates the need for any additional equipment for conveying the gas and only energy input required is for pressurizing the motive liquid.
